Transcript Requests
Transcript requests should be submitted at least two weeks prior to your college or scholarship deadline to the registrar's office to ensure enough time to process your request and account for mailing time.
TURN IN TRANSCRIPT REQUEST
DROP OFF (Registrar's Office in Main Office) or MAIL your transcript request AND payment (cash, money order or cashier’s check - written to Waialua High and Intermediate School) to:

PROCESSING TIME
Within 3 business days upon receipt of original signed transcript request form and payment.
Sent via US Postal Service: Processing time does NOT include mail transit time once it is mailed from the Registrar’s Office.
Waialua High and Intermediate School is NOT responsible for delayed or lost mail.
