Request to have a student released from Waialua High & Intermediate School must be made in writing (see the Request for Release form below) by a parent or guardian at least 1 week prior to the student's last day of school.
The parent or guardian needs to print, fill out, and drop off both the Request for Release AND MV1 form to the Registrar's Office.
All books must be returned and financial obligations met.
After school on the student's last day the student reports to the Registrar's Office to pick up their release packet.
A student withdrawing from school will not be given credit if withdrawal is before the end of the semester/year. A withdrawal grade is given and the student is expected to enroll in another school.
