Student Withdrawal

Request to have a student released from Waialua High & Intermediate School must be made in writing (see the Request for Release form below) by a parent or guardian at least 1 week prior to the student's last day of school.

    • The parent or guardian needs to print, fill out, and drop off both the Request for Release AND MV1 form to the Registrar's Office.

    • All books must be returned and financial obligations met.

    • After school on the student's last day the student reports to the Registrar's Office to pick up their release packet.

A student withdrawing from school will not be given credit if withdrawal is before the end of the semester/year. A withdrawal grade is given and the student is expected to enroll in another school.
